Raph Parpex

Raph Parpex is a Los Angeles–based DJ and multi-instrumentalist composer. As the founder of Movement Needs Music, a boutique bespoke music production agency, Raph has spent the past 15 years refining his expertise in soundscape creation across the editorial, luxury advertising, and music industries. Raph provides music services for film and television, runway shows, and high-end conceptual retail and hospitality brands. Parpex has worked with directors including Gia Coppola, Peter Lindbergh, Mario Sorrenti, Cass Bird, Mert and Marcus, Ethan James Green, Alexa Karolinksi, Thibault Della Gaspera, and Marilou Daubé. Additionally, he has collaborated with brands such as Bulgari, Dior, Estée Lauder, Uniqlo, Levi’s, Chanel, Reebok, Fendi, GAP, and Isabel Marant. His work can be seen in publications such as i-D, Interview, GQ, Wallpaper, V, CR Fashion Book, and Vogue, to name a few.
