Alison Edmond is a longtime editorial and celebrity stylist based in Los Angeles, and currently the Artistic & Fashion Director of The Hollywood Reporter.
Highly respected in the industry, the British born editor has worked in fashion editorial for over thirty years, art directing and styling shoots for many of the world’s leading magazines, with renowned photographers and numerous celebrities, beginning her career at British Vogue under Anna Wintour, then under the editorship of the late Elizabeth Tilberis, whom she later followed to the US, becoming West Coast Editor of Harper’s Bazaar. Returning to London, she was Creative & Fashion Director of Bazaar UK for over 12 years, working alongside editor Lucy Yeomans. She moved back to Los Angeles in 2009 when approached by Joanna Coles and Nina Garcia to work at Marie Claire and Elle US. She was also Executive Creative & Fashion Director of C Magazine, and most recently Art Director for Brad Pitt’s God’s True Cashmere brand. Edmond also takes on select clients for personal and red carpet styling.
