Imgruth regularly styles the likes of Léa Seydoux, Rain Spencer, Lizzy Caplan, Alba Baptista, Taissa Farmiga, et al. Her work can be found in the pages of Vogue (Italia), The New York Times, L’Officiel (US, Singapore), Vanity Fair (France), and The New Yorker, and she has styled campaigns and collaborated with brands such as Louis Vuitton, Rochambeau, and Le Kasha.

Her career began under the mentorship of the legendary George Cortina, contributing to iconic shoots with renowned photographers including Inez & Vinoodh, Peter Lindbergh, Mario Sorrenti, Mikael Jansson, and Ryan McGinley.
