As a former publicist working with A-List celebrities, film, television, fashion and corporate clients, her keen understanding of the nuances and subtleties inherent to the entertainment industry positions her as a one-of-a-kind original.

After ten years in New York working with top companies, such as Miramax Films and PMK/HBH Public Relations, Toby made the move to Los Angeles to follow her passion for make-up and beauty. A graduate of Make-Up Designory (M.U.D.) in Burbank, California, Toby’s career has skyrocketed in the past five years. Already, she has worked with some of the hottest young talent in the business and has collaborated with many of the industry’s top photographers.

In addition to her clean, flawless and stunning make-up style, clients tout Toby’s vibrant energy, charm and personable attitude as just some of her intangibles. She engages each of her subjects on a personal level, recognizing that true beauty is discovered when the brilliance of an individual’s personality is revealed.
